Victorias General Services Company Limited is a limited liability company registered in Kenya, under the companies Act (Cap 486) of Kenya. It started its operations in late 2013 but became fully incorporated on 31st of July 2014 with the able leadership of Mr. Geoffrey Mwangi Muchiri, the managing Director.
The company was started due to a number of reasons, the main ones being;
- A sharp growth in Kenyans’ urge to own genuine and affordable properties both for investment and for residential purposes
- An upsurge of unscrupulous land quacks in the property industry rendering many members of the society to lose their hard-earned incomes
- To buttress members of the society towards acquiring land documents especially title deeds for their investments
- To demonstrate and facilitate the power of pooling of resources to assist low income earners to also own properties
- Assist house owners in managing their properties
